On Sunday, March 21st 2010, the House achieved a historic victory for American families by passing comprehensive health insurance reform. Throughout the legislative process, House Democrats fought tirelessly to bring real change to America by fixing our broken health care system.

Despite strong opposition from the American people and state governments, Democrats continue to push forward with partisan health care legislation filled with tax hikes, Medicare cuts, and premium increases.

In an effort to push back against criticism of its health care reform plans, the Obama administration is sending one of the many former journalists in its employ onto the digital airwaves of Youtube to attack Matt Drudge and other critics for spreading “disinformation” and “lies.” Since “we can’t keep track of all of them here at the White House,” health reform Communications Director Linda Douglass says, “we’re asking for your help. If you get an email or see something on the web about health insurance reform that seems fishy, send it to flag@whitehouse.gov.”
Reason.tv’s Dan Hayes is nothing if not patriotic, and with a good nose for fish, so he took his camera in the dead of night and went hunting for perpetrators. The results, as shown in this two-and-a-half-minute video, should scare every American who cares about truth and health care.

Rep. Scott Garrett (R-NJ) released the following statement regarding H.R. 2626, the Health Insurance Industry Fair Competition Act:
The American people are tired of the politics of the health care debate. Americans want reform, not rhetoric. I agree with the constituents of the Fifth District of New Jersey that health care is too expensive and that prohibitively high cost can limit access for many families within my district and across the United States.
One of the main components that I believe needs to be included in health care reform is the ability for individuals to buy insurance plans across state lines. The legislation considered by the House of Representatives today, the Health Insurance Industry Fair Competition Act would in no way address the right of individuals to shop for a plan in a different state, and despite its name, would not actually promote fair competition within the health insurance industry.
In reality, this legislation would create more legal and regulatory uncertainty, which could lead to increased litigation and higher costs passed on in the form of higher premiums for American families, a point which is supported by the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office. Additionally, this legislation may have a negative effect on competition by prohibiting new entrants to the market and smaller insurance businesses from gaining access to enough information to accurately trend, forecast, rate or price. Finally, this legislation also has the potential to prohibit or curb new industry initiatives aimed at improving quality and efficiency while reducing costs such as data aggregation, administrative simplification, and quality measurement.

On March 16, 2010, Tea Partiers from around the country gathered (in disappointing numbers) in front of the Capitol building for their final protest against health care reform. Also in town, appropriately, was Barnum & Bailey’s actual circus. The protestors voiced their usual conspiratorial concerns about healthcare reform: that it was a government takeover and more government, of course, equals less freedom; that it would euthanize seniors too expensive to treat; and that the bill would sink the nation into irrecoverable debt, despite its actually reducing the deficit by more than $100-billion over the next ten years. Averse to facts, no one interviewed was able to cite evidence for their false beliefs about the reform proposal, and instead suggested we seek the “truth” from Glenn Beck and Fox News.
THE PROPOSAL
The healthcare reform proposal being advanced in congress, while imperfect, would bring long overdue changes to a broken system. Far from being rushed, the proposals that make up this reform have been debated for years, and this congress has been working on a bill for many months. It’s time for an up or down vote on reform.
The proposal will expand healthcare access to over 30-million uninsured Americans, make healthcare more affordable for everyone, hold insurance companies more accountable, end discrimination against Americans with pre-existing conditions, and help stabilize our budget and economy by reducing the deficit by over $100-billion in the next ten years.

Pg 22 of the HC Bill mandates the Government will audit books of all employers that self insure.
Pg 30 Sec 123 of HC bill a Government committee (good luck with that!) will decide what treatments/benefits a person may receive.
Pg 29 lines 4-16 in the HC bill YOUR HEALTHCARE WILL BE RATIONED!
Pg 42 of HC Bill The Health Choices Commissioner will choose your HC Benefits for you.
PG 50 Section 152 in HC bill HC will be provided to ALL non US citizens, illegal or otherwise.
Pg 58 HC Bill Government will have real-time access to individual’s finances and a National ID Healthcard will be issued!

So Barack Hussein Obama may be committing mass murder because it will be cheaper to commit suicide then treating cancer on one tax paying citizen so it may be more worth it to just kill the cancer patient which is mass murder since there’s many cancer patients. Also Obama is all for murdering infants or infanticide of children up to 2 years old so if the parent doesn’t want the child he/she may be thrown in a dumpster to die or left in a room without food and water. Obama is a mass murderer and thats what his healthcare plan is all about. I am not paid by the insurance companies, I am NOT a nazi, I am a American citizen and I care about peoples health and am into alternative treatments/cures. I am tired of healthcare being about causing suffering instead of healing people and Obamas government healthcare will make things worse for us because he will force bad a cheaper treatments that may cause death and we may not be allowed to sue the government for bad healthcare products forced on us.
