PRISON FOR NOT BUYING INTO HEALTH INSURANCE !!! PELOSI

August 29, 2010 - 1:51 pm 3 Comments

2 PRISON FOR NOT BUYING INTO HEALTH INSURANCE !!! PELOSIAbout how, in the presence of the heavenly host and of the bride, the Divinity spoke to the Manhood against the Christians, just as God spoke to Moses against the people of Israel, and about how damned priests love the world and despise Christ, and about their condemnation and damnation.
Book 1 – Chapter 48 SAINT BRIDGET PATRON SAINT OF EUROPE PART I

A great host was seen in Heaven and God said to it: My friends, who know and understand and see all things in me, I am speaking in your presence, for the sake of my bride standing here, like someone who speaks to himself, for in this way does my Divinity converse with my Humanity. Moses was with God on the mountain forty days and nights, and when the people saw that he had been gone so long, they took gold and threw it into the fire and shaped a calf out of it, calling it their god.

Then God said to Moses: The people have sinned. I will wipe them out, just like something written is erased from a book. Moses answered: No, my Lord, do not. Remember that you led them up from the Red Sea and worked wonders for them. If you erase and destroy them, where is your promise then? I beg you, do not do this, for then your enemies will say: The God of Israel is evil who led the people up from the sea but killed them in the desert. And God was appeased by these words.

Obama speaks in Ohio (part 3) while top Democrat says: No health care vote before August break

August 29, 2010 - 1:46 pm 7 Comments

2 Obama speaks in Ohio (part 3) while top Democrat says: No health care vote before August breakLater Obama said health care delay OK ‘to get it right’
The Senate will not vote on health care reform legislation before the August congressional recess, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid said Thursday.

We’ll come back in the fall,” Reid said at a Capitol Hill news conference.

“I think that it’s better to have a product that is one that’s based on quality and thoughtfulness rather than trying to jam something through.”

The Nevada Democrat did make clear that he believes the critical Senate Finance Committee can come up with a deal and pass health care legislation in committee before leaving for the August recess.

President Obama has been pushing for both the House and Senate to pass health care legislation before going on their August break — a goal that has appeared increasingly unlikely due to fierce Republican opposition and cost concerns cited by fiscally conservative Democrats.

Reid’s announcement did not change Obama’s timetable, according to a senior administration official. The president still wants the House and Senate to vote before the August recess.

Reid initially tried to blame Republicans, saying they’re the ones who tell him they want more time. But he also admitted, under questioning, that many of his fellow Democrats — including Senate Finance Committee Chairman Max Baucus — have said they too want and need more time.

All of the Democrats on the Senate Finance Committee had a long meeting Thursday morning, just before Reid’s news conference, which one source described as “contentious” and several Democratic senators told CNN was “lively.”

Coming out of that meeting, Baucus said “there’s general agreement but there’s also general concern because this is so complex.”
“There are just so many different aspects and each state is significantly different from the other. So there’s general agreement about where the process is going, but there’s concern in different pockets,” he said.

Earlier Thursday, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi had tried to be more upbeat about the prospects of getting a bill passed by the August recess, despite remaining differences among House Democrats.

Pelosi downplayed talk of a Democratic split, however, telling reporters Thursday morning that she believes the party “will reach consensus” on the issue.

“I am more confident than ever,” Pelosi said. “When we work out some of the differences that we have it will be very apparent to everyone else that the momentum is there. When the bill is ready, we will go to the floor and we will win.”

Pelosi also echoed Obama’s remarks from a prime time news conference Wednesday night, in which the president repeatedly emphasized that the spiraling costs of the current system would bankrupt the nation while denying coverage to millions more Americans.

But she, too, had a tough meeting with Democratic leaders Thursday morning.

House Majority Whip Jim Clyburn, D-South Carolina, described the session as “the longest whip meeting we’ve had since I’ve been whip. And it might be one of the most contentious.”

Clyburn suggested delaying the recess for the House in order to pass a health care package.

“We are committed to getting this thing done before we go home for August recess,” he said. Otherwise reporters will say “that we went home on vacation in August without having done it. That’s the headline. And so we must stay here and get this done.”

The president was slated to take his reform pitch to Ohio Thursday afternoon, touring the Cleveland Clinic — a hospital he has repeatedly praised as a model of high-quality, low-cost care — and hosting a town hall meeting in Shaker Heights.

Obama Doesn’t Know What’s in his Own Bill

August 29, 2010 - 1:42 pm 25 Comments

2 Obama Doesnt Know Whats in his Own BillObama held a 24 minute conference call with liberal bloggers on Monday July 20, 2009, urging them to write articles, to help get his healthcare bill passed. After being questioned about the following article, on IBD’s site, he laughed, but them admitted, he was not aware of the contents of the bill.

http://www.heritage.org/2009/07/21/morning-bell-obama-admits-hes-not-familiar-with-house-bill/

“It didn’t take long to run into an “uh-oh” moment when reading the House’s “health care for all Americans” bill. Right there on Page 16 is a provision making individual private medical insurance illegal.
When we first saw the paragraph Tuesday, just after the 1,018-page document was released, we thought we surely must be misreading it. So we sought help from the House Ways and Means Committee.

It turns out we were right: The provision would indeed outlaw individual private coverage. Under the Orwellian header of “Protecting The Choice To Keep Current Coverage,” the “Limitation On New Enrollment” section of the bill clearly states:

“Except as provided in this paragraph, the individual health insurance issuer offering such coverage does not enroll any individual in such coverage if the first effective date of coverage is on or after the first day” of the year the legislation becomes law.

So we can all keep our coverage, just as promised — with, of course, exceptions: Those who currently have private individual coverage won’t be able to change it. Nor will those who leave a company to work for themselves be free to buy individual plans from private carriers.

Speaker Pelosi and President Obama admit JAIL is “fair” for not buying insurance – 11-9-09

August 29, 2010 - 3:01 am 25 Comments

2 Speaker Pelosi and President Obama admit JAIL is fair for not buying insurance 11 9 09During a press conference at Swedish Medical Center in Seattle, Nancy Pelosi skirted a surprise question, twice. The questions pertained to 5-year jail terms and $250,000 fines for those refusing to buy health insurance under her plan. However, she did say her plan was “fair”.

Choice??? According to HR 3962, buy insurance or go to jail. Such “choice” is standard under dictatorships, is this tyranny the “change” that voters hoped for? Of course not.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-CA, was in Seattle on Monday, November 9, 2009 where she joined Democratic Reps. Jay Inslee, Jim McDermott and Norman Dicks in a tour of Swedish Medical Center. Pelosi’s visit came less than 48 hours after the U.S. House of Representatives passed the massive and short-sighted “Affordable Health Care for America Act” bill by a very narrow margin, 220-215. Pelosi needed at least 218 votes for passage.

The closed door meetings and their partisan Democrat scheme worked despite the obvious will of the People as a Rasmussen poll found that 57% Americans opposed while only 41% approved government run health care. By all accounts, this bill should have died. However, the Stupak amendment revived it at the promise of removing funding for abortions, which we all know can be reversed later on. The Stupak amendment to HR 3962 was proposed and approved in the House of Representatives on November 7, 2009. Here are more details about the amendment:

http://thehill.com/blogs/blog-briefing-room/news/66969-se…

Pelosi was recently asked another question that she could not answer. She was asked where in the Constitution does it give government the right to run health care. Her snarky answer was simply; are you serious, are you serious? Yes, we patriots are serious; just ask us what we think of more government intrusion in our lives, this being an egregious one that will snatch 1/6th of the US economy from the private sector and in total making government in charge of about half of the entire economy. The more this reckless government strays away from the guidelines set by our Founding Fathers, the less freedom we are left with.

Liberty will die and so will patients under this sort of health care reform. Like in Canada and much of socialist Europe, patients needlessly die waiting weeks or months for life saving surgeries. And in our case, Washington bureaucrats will make decisions for you and your doctor based on cost effective procedures. That is where rationing and cost savings will offset the massive fraud, waste and abuse that government is infamous for. It is a good thing that Congress, with their 240 millionaires, will be spared the rationed care they impose of the American public.

This legislation must be stopped at all expense, as the Senate will soon vote on it. Our Liberty and quality of health care depends on our success in stopping this reckless government and their radical and destructive agenda. Their narrow-minded approach to destroying the best health care on Earth only to reform it is based on deceptive tactics and exploitation of the American people. It must be done NOW, however not implemented until 2013. Therefore, the negative fallout will not play a role in possibly reelecting our leftist president.

*The same day that Pelosi ducked the jail question, President Obama also danced around a similar question posed by White House press staff Jake Tapper. Mr. Tapper also had to ask the question twice and met with a condescending, “I’m not sure that’s the biggest question they’re asking right now”. The audio portion of the Obama interview follows the Pelosi press conference.

Please call, email, or visit your Senator and urge them to vote NO, before its too late! Once implemented this government plan, like all other entitlement programs, is permanent and will cost at least 3x the projections, totaling over $3 Trillion…of deficit spending!
Furthermore, they talk about “subsidies” and they really mean redistribution of wealth. Karl Marx said, “To each according to his need, from each according to his ability”. The have some “moral” obligation to steal from those who are productive and distribute to those who don’t produce much if any to society. This is not government’s role, they think it’s charity, but last time I checked charity was to be given, not taken by a rule by fear government with a “mandate”. This health care “debate” is not about health or care, it’s about CONTROL.

More details at this Seattle TEA party COMMUNITY ORGANIZER’s blog:

http://redistributingknowledge.blogspot.com/

Also, this press conference was not announced publicly. And the protest against Pelosi-care was organized with only 3-hours advance notice. The speaker obviously didn’t want to draw hundreds or thousands to protest her visit.

Rev. 2 – Improved Pelosi audio, added *Obama interview.

Public Option Annie – with lyrics (guerrilla musical at AHIP conference)

August 29, 2010 - 3:00 am 25 Comments

2 Public Option Annie with lyrics (guerrilla musical at AHIP conference)AHIP is the powerful insurance lobby that spends 5 million dollars a week trying to kill health care reform. Billionaires for Wealthcare is a grassroots network looking to stop them – with song.

• AHIP and other insurance and HMO interests spend nearly $5 million per week undermining real health care reform, including a public option.

• AHIP has resorted to out-right lying and scare tactics to block health care reform. They sent letters that lie to seniors about what health care reform means for Medicare, and they issued a report on the costs of health care reform legislation that is so misleading even the reports embarrassed authors distanced themselves from the way AHIP used their work.

• Every year, 45,000 people die because they cant get access to the health care they need. Yet AHIP continues to stand in the way of health care reform that would provide coverage to millions of Americans because the industry is more concerned with protecting profits than saving lives.
