“We will CURE CANCER!” : Obama | Address To Congress – ” State Of The Union ” | FEB 2009

August 29, 2010 - 5:15 pm 25 Comments

2 We will CURE CANCER! : Obama | Address To Congress State Of The Union | FEB 2009The President reveals his bold plans for better health care ! — $ $ $ — |

In his first address to a joint session of Congress, President Obama told the American people that the “day of reckoning” has arrived for the nation’s economy, which he pledged to not just fix but make stronger than it was before the current crisis.

“Now is the time to act boldly and wisely — to not only revive this economy, but to build a new foundation for lasting prosperity,” the president said in his televised prime-time address.

Obama was greeted with thunderous applause in the House chamber, as lawmakers reached out to try and get a handshake or, in some cases, a kiss as the president made his way down the narrow aisle to the podium.

Obama is enjoying a 68 percent approval rating after his first month in office, according to the latest ABC News-Washington Post poll, and his pledge to reverse the nation’s economic woes earned him an early standing ovation from both Democrats and Republicans.

“While our economy may be weakened and our confidence shaken; though we are living through difficult and uncertain times, tonight I want every American to know this: We will rebuild, we will recover, and the United States of America will emerge stronger than before,” Obama said.

Obama laid out proposals in energy, health care and education policy that he said would help everyday Americans struggling with rising costs and would be long-term investments toward economic recovery.

Iranian Dr. Noah McKay ‘s Irish wife now Widow

August 29, 2010 - 3:43 pm No Comments

2 Iranian Dr. Noah McKay s Irish wife now WidowPersian Doctor dies Suspiciously in USA
Dr. Noahs novel approach to healthcare was on a direct collision coarse with mainstream medicine. Many health insurance carriers viewed the clinics rise in popularity as a direct threat to the traditional standards of care they were offering. Dr. Noahs Healthy Options plan cost $115/month and offered both conventional and alternative care. The competition offered no coverage for preventive, alternative, and complementary services and their conventional care package cost around $400/month. Dr. Noahs less expensive and more comprehensive integral practice model was popular with thousands of new subscribers, but not so with competing insurance companies. It was not long before two major insurance companies, working on a Department of Justice Insurance Task force began joint investigations of Dr. Noahs clinic practices. These records and audits were shared with the Department of Justice.

On the heels of an audit, Regence Blue Shield stopped all payments to the General Medical clinics for any services or patient visits, and terminated all their contracts with GMCs Medical Providers. Insured patients lost their care with the clinics and had to find other practitioners. The General Medical clinics were owed $465,000 for patient visits covering approximately a 5-month period. To address the stopped payments and termination of contracts, the General Medical Clinics filed to arbitrate with Regence Blue Shield. The preparation for the arbitration process took over 2 years, and finally was rendered moot by personal and corporate bankruptcy filings.

At 10:00 p.m. on May 13, 1997, eighteen FBI agents simultaneously visited the homes and offices of Dr. Noah, and the managers and employees of the General Medical Clinics and WellNet LLC. The timing of this operation came on the week WellNet LLC offered stock to raise an additional $2 million to take the company public. The offering was halted.

The FBI took sixty clinic employees before the grand jury, and conducted hours of covert wiretaps of employee conversations and phone calls, and had undercover FBI agents posing as patients. Early allegations included money laundering, funding Middle Eastern terrorists, and connections to the Russian mafia in Seattle. These charges were never substantiated, proven or confirmed. The Dept. of Justice eventually focused its investigation on the billing practices at the clinics involving complementary and alternative services.

Dr. Noahs heritage and family history from Iran may have been a contributing factor. His father, Mansour Talebzadeh Ordoubadi was Chief of Staff of the Iranian army under the Shah of Iran in the late 1960s. His maternal grandfather Saad Doleh was prime minister of Iran in the late 1930s.

Dr. Noah allocated thousands of man-hours, dollars, and resources to defend GMCs integral healthcare model. A team of twelve attorneys assembled to defend the practice and employees, and manage the different phases of the ensuing legal battles
