Relief Rallies Are Never Made To Last
Written by Bob Chapman
2009 September
America is in a depression not a severe recession. If it were not, why would the Fed and our Treasury Department commit us for $23.7 trillion, and why would our entire financial industry have to be bailed out? Along with this fiat solution comes the political goals of corporatist fascism. Taken away have been the natural solution of growth within the private sector and the purging of excesses within the system. Those arguments are only heard on the Internet and talk radio. The people who our President wants to put on terrorist lists, or better yet has probably already put on terrorist lists, as you and me who speak up and demand our rights.
Our government for the past 20 years has been the most corrupt in American history. This is in your face corruption in banking, Wall Street, corporate America, in our congress and Senate and among our bureaucrats. Our legislation is written in secret by special interests and passed with very few even having read the legislation.
Then we have the change our President and his masters have planned for us. A health reform plan that rations healthcare, Health benefits and procedures will be made by bureaucrats. Everyone will carry a National Health Card ID that will contain your health records as well as federal access to very financial holdings. You will also get to subsidize union health plans and community organizer health plans, such as those of ACORN. Our new Government will be free of judicial review and price fixing. The government will set wages in the healthcare industry including those for doctors.
Insurance is mandatory and your employer will pay for it if he stays in business. Medicaid will be reduced as will services for the old and chronically ill. All doctors would be paid the same no matter what their specialty, training and experience. Hospital doctors will be penalized for what the government deems preventable re-admission. Government will prepare your taxes prior to death as they provide an approved list of end of life resources, to help guide you to your demise. If you do not take your own life government will arrange it for you. The list goes on and on. This is the same list used in Nazi Germany.
Government cannot create recovery and wealth. The insistence of the fed of massive injections of money and credit only eventually destroys wealth and capital. Such devices demand more taxes at a time when unemployment is rising, and tax revenues are falling; yet, debt is rising exponentially. We have a cadre of elitist banks, Wall Street firms, insurance companies and transnational corporations that will never be allowed to fail. Each time they use leverage and gamble and lose you will get to pay for it, on a never-ending basis. This is the heart of corporatist fascism. All those not in the elite Illuminist circle will eventually be gobbled up into giant transnational monopolies under world government.
Todays modus operandi of the Treasury, the Fed, Congress, our President and the faceless bureaucrats from the Council on Foreign relations, Trilateral Commission and the Bilderberg Group is to debase our currency and other currencies as well and to increase unemployment, reduce income and stop capital formation. Whatever is left over will be confiscated from Americans, because the Illuminists believe that all your wealth belongs to them, because they allowed you to earn it. That is why they are chasing down all the offshore accounts. Once that is completed they will have a financial dossier first on Americans and then everyone in the world. Ultimately all countries will be currency blocked and then they will control all the worlds wealth. Of course, we now have to stop that. Well have to remove them from their pedestal. Egalitarianism caused 300,000 Illuminists to lose their heads in the late 1700s in France. History has a way of repeating itself.
The average person now pays about 40% in taxation, direct and indirect. If Health Care Reform and Cap & Trade are passed you can add another 40%. That is 80% Americans. This is exactly what the gang from the CFR has planned for you. That, of course, does not factor in inflation.

The Inconvenience of Truth Part 3
http://www.dncreform.com
http://www.dncreform.blogspot.com
Barack Obama, has touted his health care plan. He has repeatedly told American’s how much better off we will be under his healthcare plan. As with so many things about Barack Obama it is necessary to get into the nit and grit of it to find the real truth.
Barack Obama and his campaign are very good at hiding the truth beneath many layers of fluff. This ugly truth hurts every single senior citizen who has supplemental Medicare. That means it will hurt the majority of Americans because we will all be Senior Citizens someday. Barack Obama will still be a millionair so what will he care? His grandmother is a retired bank VICE PRESIDENT with a millionair grandson. What does it matter to him, what does it matter to his family?
This is part 3 of a series titled The Inconvenience of Truth. Part 3 focuses on ONE of the hidden secrets of Barack Obama’s health care plan and the genuine effects his plan will have on real middle class Americans. What the main stream media and Barack Obama along with his campaign are missing, besides all the hidden secrets, is that John McCain is actually stronger on the economy than Barack Obama. John McCain would actually have a much more positive economic effect for Americans. The main stream media refuses to look at the pork promise, veto any bill with ANY pork. That is money that would easily help pay down our deficit. Stop all the waste!!!
Unfortunately Barack Obama appears to be hiding the truth once again.
The Inconvenience of Truth is a series of TRUTHS, real, unpleasant, ugly TRUTHS that Americans are being denied. Strictly for the purpose of selling America not only a global president but a veto proof legislative majority. America if this happens hold on Barack Obama will be the either the next Hitler or Hugo Chavez or worse. Barack Obama is nothing but an ego maniac, inexperienced, Marxist, ladder climbing, lying, FRAUD, WITH HIS OWN TELEVISION STATION.
Part 4 of The Inconvenience of Truth COMING SOON!!!!

The Commerce Clause of the U.S. Constitution grants Congress the power to “regulate commerce . . . among the several States,” and for more than 100 years federal lawmakers invoked it for a very narrow purpose—to prevent states from imposing trade barriers on each other. But today members of Congress act as if it gives them the authority to do just about anything—including forcing you to eat your vegetables.
During her Supreme Court confirmation hearings, Elena Kagan seemed to accept that the Commerce Clause could, in theory, give Congress the power to dictate what Americans eat. And what about ObamaCare’s “individual mandate,” which forces Americans to purchase health insurance? ObamaCare opponents are lining up to challenge its constitutionality, but supporters say it’s justified—you guessed it—under the Commerce Clause.
How did a clause intended as a restriction on states wind up giving Congress a green light to regulate noncommercial, local, and purely private behavior? How will ObamaCare stand up against the legal challenges brought by the states? Legal titans John Eastman (Chapman University Law Professor) and Erwin Chemerinsky (Founding Dean, University of California, Irvine School of Law) slug it out to to determine whether or not Congress has been abusing the commerce clause.

Health care costs are spiraling out of control. More than 47 million Americans have no coverage at all. But instead of offering a plan to make sure everyone can get good health care, presidential candidate John McCain’s proposals would actually make it harder to get affordable coverage — and Las Vegas nurses, voters, and state legislators are speaking out.
“More and more working families can’t afford the rising cost of health care — and they don’t qualify for state programs because they make too much money,” said Sharon Kisling a supervisor with the Clark County Department of Family Services. “The middle class is getting squeezed.”
Sharon was among the speakers at a press conference in Las Vegas. In her work with Child Protective Services, she sees the effects on children who don’t have health insurance. “No child should have to go without health insurance,” she continued.
“Nurses like SEIU Nevada president Shauna Hamel work so hard every day to deliver the best care they can,” said State Senator Dina Titus. “But the system is broken. We need a reform plan that cuts costs for families and businesses, and helps ensure that every American can access high quality, affordable care.”
Yet, Sen. John McCain’s health care proposals would make it harder for Americans to get coverage, would do nothing to control costs and would erode consumer protections already in place. Speakers distributed a report detailing the shortcomings of McCain’s plan, and called for a health system that works for everyone.
“Nevada has seen what happens when unscrupulous clinics and hospitals put profits above patients,” said Shauna Hamel, RN and SEIU Nevada president. “SEIU Nevada members are committed to continuing to raise health care standards here in our hospitals, through our local Southern Nevada Health District, and in the election in November.”
The event was part of “The Road to American Health Care,” a national bus tour aimed at mobilizing voters around comprehensive health care reform. The bus tour is being organized by SEIU, the largest union of health care workers in North America, as part of a sweeping campaign to elect a new President and Congress committed to fixing health care — and then make sure those newly elected leaders immediately pass legislation that makes quality health care affordable for everyone.

WASHINGTON—Today AARP announced its endorsement of the Affordable Health Care for America Act (H.R. 3962) and the accompanying Medicare Physician Payment Reform Act (H.R. 3961). The Associations support follows nearly two years of work with lawmakers on both sides of the aisle to craft a health care reform plan that meets the needs of AARPs nearly 40 million members and all older Americans. Among those needs are reforms that strictly curb insurance companies discrimination against older Americans and Medicare improvements that strengthen benefits while protecting the program for future generations.
We started this debate more than two years ago with the twin goals of making coverage affordable to our younger members and protecting Medicare for seniors, said AARP CEO Barry Rand. Weve read the Affordable Health Care for America Act and we can say with confidence that it meets those goals with improved benefits for people in Medicare and needed health insurance market reforms to help ensure every American can purchase affordable health coverage.
Todays endorsement marks the first time in this legislative battle that AARP has put its full weight behind a comprehensive health care reform package. In the coming days, AARP will be educating its members about the health care reform package through its publications, paid advertising and more than five million calls and e-mails to its grassroots activists.
As members of the House gear up for this historic vote, they will hear from older Americans, Rand said.
The Affordable Health Care for America Act and the Medicare Physician Payment Reform Act contain critical components AARP has been fighting for on behalf of its members and all older Americans to improve health care for them and their families. They include:
–Protecting and strengthening Medicare for todays seniors and future generations of retirees;
–Ensuring seniors can see the doctor of their choice or find a doctor if they need one by improving Medicares payments to doctors;
–Lowering drug costs for seniors by closing the Medicare Part D doughnut hole and allowing Medicare to negotiate with drug makers for lower drug prices;
–Taking steps to reduce waste, fraud, abuse and inefficiency in the Medicare program;
–Requiring Medicare and insurance companies to provide for important preventive services like screenings for diabetes, cancer and osteoporosis free of charge;
–Stopping insurance companies from denying you affordable coverage because of your age;
– Preventing insurance companies from denying you coverage if you have a pre-existing condition or dropping your coverage if you get sick;
–Limiting how much your insurance company can make you pay out-of-pocket;
–Providing affordable health insurance options for those who dont have insurance; and
–Providing benefits to help seniors and people with disabilities live in their own homes and communities by establishing the Community Living Assistance Services and Supports (CLASS) program.
Rand added: We cannot continue to let insurers price older Americans out of the market, just as we cannot stand idle while millions of seniors are forced to choose between their groceries and their prescriptions. AARP is proud to endorse the Affordable Health Care for America Act and the Medicare Physician Payment Reform Act, and we urge members of the House to pass this critical package in the coming days to help fix our broken health care system.
AARP is a nonprofit, nonpartisan membership organization that helps people 50+ have independence, choice and control in ways that are beneficial and affordable to them and society as a whole. The Clinton health care plan was a 1993 healthcare reform package proposed by the administration of President Bill Clinton and closely associated with the chair of the task force devising the plan, First Lady of the United States Hillary Rodham Clinton.
Bill Clinton had campaigned heavily on health care in the 1992 U.S. presidential election. The task force was created in January 1993, but its own processes were somewhat controversial and drew litigation. Its goal was to come up with a comprehensive plan to provide universal health care for all Americans, which was to be a cornerstone of the administration’s first-term agenda. A major health care speech was delivered by President Clinton to the U.S. Congress in September 1993. The core element of the proposed plan was an enforced mandate for employers to provide health insurance coverage to all of their employees through competitive but closely-regulated health maintenance organizations.
Opposition to the plan was heavy from conservatives, libertarians, and the health insurance industry. The industry produced a much-talked-about television ad, “Harry and Louise”, in an effort to rally public support against the plan. Democrats, instead of uniting behind the President’s original proposal, offered a number of competing plans of their own. By September 1994, the final compromise Democratic bill was declared dead by Senate Majority Leader George J. Mitchell. Opponents of the plan continued to deride it in future years as “HillaryCare.”
Before President Barack Obama signed the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act in March 2010, the United States was the only wealthy, industrialized nation that did not provide some form of universal health care, other than Medicare. Although the United States has never had a universal health care system, it does have certain publicly funded health care programs that help to provide for the elderly and disabled (via Medicare), military service families, veterans (via the Veterans Health Administration), and some of the poor (via Medicaid), and children via S-CHIP. Additionally, federal law guarantees public access to emergency services regardless of ability to pay. Bill Clinton had campaigned heavily on health care in the 1992 election. The 1993 Clinton health care plan is sometimes called “HillaryCare” by opponents.
Hart declined to run for re-election to the Senate, leaving office when his second term expired with the intent of running for president again. In January 1987, he was the clear frontrunner for the Democratic nomination in the 1988 election.
Hart officially declared his candidacy on April 13, 1987. Rumors began circulating nearly immediately that Hart was having an extramarital affair. In an interview that appeared in the New York Times on May 3, 1987, Hart responded to the rumors by daring the press corps: “Follow me around. I don’t care. I’m serious. If anybody wants to put a tail on me, go ahead. They’ll be very bored.” The Miami Herald had been investigating Hart’s alleged womanizing for weeks before the “dare” appeared in the New York Times. Two reporters from the Miami Herald had staked out his residence and observed a young woman leaving Hart’s Washington, D.C., townhouse on the evening of May 2. The Herald published the story on May 3, the same day Hart’s dare appeared in print, and the scandal spread rapidly through the national media. Hart and his allies attacked the Herald for rushing the story into print, claiming that it had unfairly judged the situation without finding out the facts. Hart said that the reporters had not watched both entrances to his home and could not have seen when the young woman entered and left the building. The Miami Herald reporter had flown to Washington, D.C. on the same flight as the woman, identified as Donna Rice. Hart was overwhelmed with questions regarding his views on marital infidelity. His wife, Lee, supported his position that the relationship with the young woman was innocent. A poll of voters in New Hampshire for the New Hampshire Primary showed that Hart’s support had dropped in half, from 32% to 17%, placing him suddenly ten points behind Massachusetts governor Michael Dukakis.
